What quality grades do you offer?
We offer two grades: 3A (AAA) Japanese quality, and Swiss Made super clone 1:1 watches in 5A and 6A.

What is the difference between Swiss and Japanese grade replica Rolex watches?
The main differences are the steel grade and the manufacturing process. Japanese grade watches use 316L steel, while Swiss grade watches are made from 904L steel, which is more durable and more resistant to rust and corrosion, but also more costly and complex to produce.
Swiss grade watches are made on machinery built to match Swiss standards, so you can expect higher accuracy and a finer finish.
What movement do the watches have?
Depending on the grade you choose, our watches use either a Japanese movement or a high-quality ETA Swiss movement.
Does the second hand sweep smoothly or tick?
The second hand sweeps smoothly at a rate of 21,600 beats per hour (bph).
Do the watches have ceramic bezels?
Yes. If the original model has a ceramic bezel, our version has one too.
What type of glass do the watches use?
All our watches use durable, scratch-resistant sapphire glass.
Are the watches water resistant?
Our Swiss Made watches are waterproof.
Our Japanese 3A watches are only water resistant, so we do not recommend swimming or showering with them. Taking a 3A watch underwater voids its warranty.
Does the watch come with the original box and papers?
Swiss Made 5A and 6A super clones come with a box, papers and an NFC card. For Japanese 3A watches, you can add a box to your order on the product page.
Can you send me more pictures of a model?

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 48 hours of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide, and standard shipping is free to every country.
How long does delivery take?
After your payment is confirmed, we prepare your watch and run quality control, which takes 5 to 7 days. The carrier then collects, scans and delivers your package. In total, delivery usually takes about 9 to 15 business days from the date of your order.
UPS/FedEx express shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. During busy periods, preparation can take longer. See our shipping policy for full details.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we send you the tracking number by email and SMS.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong. In some countries, packages may be delayed while they clear customs.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes. AAA (3A) watches come with a 1-month warranty and Swiss Made watches with a 6-month warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused after delivery.

What is your return policy?
If your watch is defective, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp, email or live chat, then return the watch by courier. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
After 14 days we no longer offer refunds, but we can still repair or replace a faulty watch. Read the full refund and return policy.
