How to return a watch

Contact us within 14 days
Contact our customer support via WhatsApp, email or live chat, from 9am to midnight, and request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return it by courier
All products must be returned using a courier service. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Receive your refund
After we receive the watch, we send you a full refund, whatever the payment method (Western Union, credit card or PayPal).
After 14 days
If your watch has an issue more than 14 days after delivery, we can still replace the watch, but we cannot offer a refund.
