Inform us regarding the request for refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery.
All products must be returned using a courier service.
Return shipping paid by the buyer.

If the watch have any issues after 14 Days of delivery we can still doing a replacement for watch but no Refund 

After receiving the item we will send you full Refund, no matter of the payment type (Western Union, Credit Card and PayPal).
